What are Books on Reserve?
Course Reserves: This is an area in the library where instructors have placed resources on reserve that need to be readily available to multiple students which may be used intensively for a short period of time or repeatedly throughout the semester.
Books placed on reserve may be unavailable for checkout for library use only or have specified one, two, or three- night checkout privileges. Your professor will designate the circulation policy for each resource.
Check out the Course Reserves list by instructors and/or courses.
Textbook Reserves: The Library purchases textbooks (print and digital format) for core classes to make readily available for library use only with a loan period of 2 hours (may be extended if there are no holds on the item by another patron). Check out the Textbook Reserves list. Contact us to request a purchase (library@letu.edu).
