Our library has a little bit of everything—spaces to focus, places to collaborate, and helpful people to support you along the way. Here’s a quick guide to what’s where:
This is your main stop for checking out books, picking up course reserves, and getting help from friendly library staff. You’ll find the desk right inside the front entrance. Not sure where to start? We’re happy to help you locate materials or connect you with a librarian for deeper research questions.
Collaboration Rooms
Need a space for group work or a meeting? Check out our collaboration rooms! These bookable spaces are great for team projects, study groups, or tutoring sessions. Ask at the Circulation Desk or check our booking system to reserve one.
We’ve got computers available for you to use anytime, whether you’re printing a paper or working on a project. Printers are nearby and easy to use—just ask if you need help!
Prefer a quiet corner or a comfy chair? We’ve got a mix of seating for focused work or casual reading. Some areas are great for quiet study, while others are better for conversation or collaboration—just find your vibe!
Public Workstations
The library also provides 16 desktop workstations for use by students, faculty and staff, and public patrons with valid TexShare cards.
Looking for books? Head to the stacks! This is where the bulk of our physical collection lives. If you’re not sure how to find something, we’re always glad to help.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located just to your left after you come through the front doors—along the same wall as the entrance.
