TexShare Card Program

Want to borrow books from other libraries across Texas? A TexShare Card gives you access to over 500 participating libraries statewide — making it easier to get the resources you need, wherever you are in Texas.

How to Get a TexShare Card

If you're a LeTourneau University student, faculty, or staff member in good standing, you can apply for a card at the circulation desk. Once approved, you’ll get a TexShare Card that you can use at other participating libraries.

  • Important: Each library sets its own lending rules, so be sure to check their policies before visiting. You can find participating libraries and their borrowing guidelines here.

Using Your TexShare Card

The first time you use your TexShare Card at a new library, bring:

  • A photo ID

  • Your LETU library card

  • Your TexShare Card

You’ll fill out a quick registration form to activate your borrowing privileges at that location.

Coming to LETU from Another Library?

Be sure to get a TexShare Card from your home library first before visiting Margaret Estes Library.
