        RESEARCH GUIDES

First-Year Students

An introductory guide for freshman and transfer students (or anyone new to LETU Libraries)

What are Course Reserves?

Course Reserves are materials set aside by instructors or the library for short-term use by students in a particular class. These items—like chapters of textbooks, snippets of articles, DVDs, or other resources—are kept behind the circulation desk of the library or made available online to ensure all students have equal access during the semester.

How?

Course Reserves are easy to find! Just head to the library homepage and search for "Course Reserves." You’ll see the link right under the LeTourneau logo in the top left corner. From there, you can search by course or instructor to see what’s available for your class.
